A SUSPECT has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was brutally attacked in a Morrisons petrol station.
Emergency services raced to the Penine Service Station in Huddersfieldon Saturday after reports of a serious assault.
said they saw a man being carried to an ambulance “drenched in blood”.
Cops declared they found with “life threatening injuries” before he was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for Police, said: “Kirklees District CID would like to speak with anyone who saw or has information about an incident at a petrol station on Bradley Road.
“Officers were called at about 1.27pm on the 26thof April 2025 to a report of a at Pennine Service Station, Bradley Road.
“An adult male was located with life threatening injuries.He was transferred to the LGI where he remains in a critical condition.
“A 32 year old male was located at the scene and he was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.”
