A MUM-of-four spread ant killer over her ex's home and emptied bins on his driveway after they became embroiled in a road rage row.

Sascha Collier, 32, waged a hate campaign against Aaron McDarmaid in which she falsely accused him of “running her over” in the street.

Instead he accidentally hit her elbow against the wing mirror of his car during an angry confrontation.

Over a six-hour period Collier rang the victim 123 times to verbally abuse him.

At the same time, she and her new boyfriend Jake Scott, 29, took photographs of Mr McDarmaid's house and sent them to him with messages threatening to “get his gaff”.

One message Collier sent read: ”You won't ever try to run me over again.”

The victim's Vauxhall Corsa car was trashed in a separate vandal attack.

The road rage incident occurred at 2.40pm on December 12 last year when Mr McDarmaid was taking his housemate to see their girlfriend.

Miss Megan Horner prosecuting said: ”While driving he saw his ex-partner Miss Collier and her new partner.

“Upon seeing Mr McDarmaid, the defendants began to shout abuse and call him a ‘gay boy'.

”At a set of traffic lights Miss Collier picked up a stick and waved it around as she walked into the road towards Mr McDarmaid's vehicle.

“She hit the wing mirror with her elbow and Mr McDarmaid drove off.”

The court heard Collier texted Mr McDarmaid at 5.46pm saying: ”I didn't realise our issue was deep enough to resort to you trying to take our lives with your dinger.”

Scott also sent various texts to Mr McDarmaid saying: ”Bro you know you've f***ed it now. Every gaff you're known to go to is getting it.”

Mr McDarmaid came home at 8pm to find bins upturned on his driveway.

Collier and Scott turned up at the property again at 9.30pm to pour a yellow “petrol like” substance over the front door.

Police were called and they escorted the victim to a nearby street where his car was found with its windscreen smashed and two tyres pictured and the wing mirrors bent.

The cost of the damage was estimated at £600.

In a statement Mr McDarmaid said: ”This incident has made me fell like I am unable to sleep.

“It's only happened because I'm not in a relationship with Miss Collier anymore.”

At Manchester Crown Court Collier, from Wythenshawe, admitted stalking and was sentenced to a two-year community order.

Scott, from Salford, admitted stalking, criminal damage and breaching a previous suspended prison sentence and was jailed for 12 months.

Both were banned from contacting Mr McDarmaid for three years under the terms of a restraining order.

In mitigation Collier claimed to suffer from mental health issues.

Judge Nicholas Dean KC told them: “You clearly have still quite a lot of growing up to do.”
