Screen star and influencer tied the knot with her chef fiance Ian Hock in a ceremony.

Eva wore a stunning vintage bandeau dress with a low-cut neckline that showed off her figure.

The figure-hugging corset design of the top showed off her figure while th flowing skirt skimmed her ankles.

Yet some cruel keyboard bullies came out in force, criticising what they deemed to be the revealing nature of the gown.

One simply quizzed: “The dress... why???” as a second posted: “Beautiful bride, not crazy about the lingerie, I mean bridal gown.”

Eva, who is the daughter of Susan Sarandon, has now revealed that she’s had breast reduction surgery.

Sharing a mirror selfie in her bandages, Eva captioned her post: “BRB, in my chrysalis.”;

She then went on to detail everything about the recovery.

In one photo, she said that sleeping has been the “worst part”; of recovery, and shared a photo of a cosy chair she’d bought.

Eva added: “I bought a wedge for my bed and a neck pillow, and now I’m on to a pregnancy pillow and I still didn’t sleep last night.”;

She also said that she can’t work out for six weeks but her surgeon wants her “walking and moving every day.”;

Eva told fans she’d been treating herself to blow dries after struggling with lifting her arms to hold a hairdryer.

And she posted a photo of some bruising on her body, and penned: “Apparently, random bruising can show up during the healing process.

“It’s been strange to see my body bruised and recovering from trauma.”;

The star has been open with her 227,000 followers, sharing regular updates about her recovery.
