Niger Tornadoes hold team lecture ahead of season opener

Niger Tornadoes held a team lecture on Wednesday as part of their preparatory activities for the new season.

Head coach Hamza Abdullazeez Abarah, alongside his technical team, brainstormed on the team’s tactics and ways to implement all training methods into proper match situation.

Thereafter, a FIFA badged referee Abdullahi Abubakar equally took turn to lecture the players on the laws of the game and the dos and don’ts to avoid the arbiters wraths.

The Ikon Allah Boys are scheduled to take on Abia Warriors in Umuahia this weekend in a week one NPFL fixture.

Seven other fixtures will hold across different centres in the country.

Tornadoes missed out on a place in the NPFL Super Six Playoffs last season.
