Niger Tornadoes target first away win in Lagos

Niger Tornadoes will hoping to secure their first away win of the season in the matchday five fixture against Sporting Lagos.

The much anticipated encounter is billed for Sunday (today) at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena Onikan, Lagos.

The Ikon Allah have lost their two away fixtures against Abia Warriors and Rangers respectively.

Sporting Lagos are winless in three Nigeria Premier Football League matches played this season.

Niger Tornadoes will bank on their impressive home performance last week to snatch the maximum points in the encounter.

Both teams will be meeting for the first time in the history of the NPFL.

Niger Tornadoes currently occupy seventh position while Sporting Lagos are further down on 12th position on the NPFL table.
