Nineties pop legend and top Brit comic sign up for Celebrity Traitors as they join Alan Carr and Joe Marler on the cast

FANS have been patiently awaiting BBC Celebrity Traitors, the tar-studded version of the hit show, which begins filming in April and will air later this year.

And two more names have now been confirmed to be joining the other big names in the mix, like .

Welsh singer , 39, is reported by the Mirror as the latest big name to sign for the show.

The songstress will join the likes of Alan Carr, Joe Marler, Kate Garraway and Bob Mortimer, who is another star reported by the publication to have just signed up for the much-anticipated show.

A source said: “There will be a huge mix of personalities – and ego sizes. Seeing how it all works out is going to be fascinating.

“The team making the show are expecting it to be quite different to the regular version because the celebrities will be less motivated by the prize fund but care far more about how they come across.

“”It will be really interesting to see how the gameplay compares, along with which tactics they employ.

“Casting the likes of TV presenter , former rugby star and singer creates a situation which is a lot more open to leaks and gossip than recruiting a call centre manager from Liverpool or a retired opera singer.

“So execs have worked really hard to lock down every inch of the production.

“Instead of a simple travel process which could be open to leaks, celebrities will all arrive via various methods of transport.

“And there’s a no-fly zone already in place over Ardross Castle and the surrounding area to stop any preparations being snapped, or any of the action during filming.

“Preserving the magic of the show has become an obsession.”;
