Shooting Stars midfielder, Kabiru Tijani, says the team is still in the continental race despite their recent poor results.

The Oluyole Warriors have failed to register a win in their last three matches in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

Shooting Stars will square up against leaders Remo Stars in a South West derby at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan, on Sunday.

Tijani assured that the Ibadan club will return to winning ways in the game.

“Dear Remo Stars, we are going to show you no mercy this week,”; Tijani told Nigerian Players Gallery.

“We are not afraid of any team. We will get the three points — no way for the Sky Blue Armies.

“Our continental ticket hope is still alive. We will keep on fighting; we will never give up. We don’t fear any team.

“We are coming back stronger than before.”;
