NPFL: We must beat Enyimba in Oriental derby — Rangers’ manager Ezeaku

Published on April 24, 2025 at 08:52 PM

Rangers General Manager Amobi Ezeaku has challenged his players to go all out for victory in the oriental derby against Enyimba.

Rangers will face Enyimba in a Matchday 35 fixture at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, on Sunday.

The Flying Antelopes have secured only one win from their last five league outings.

“No jokes, this is the greatest game I will ever play in my life as a player,” Ezeaku told the players in a short video posted by Nigerian Players Gallery.

“Sunday's game will determine a lot of things for this team. The club has given you everything to achieve success in the game; all we need is to push so as to get what we want.”

DAILY POST recalls that Rangers held Enyimba to a goalless draw earlier in the season in Aba.
