The Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, has officially announced Ikenne as the host City for the 2024/25 Super Six Playoff.

The season-ending tournament will run from Thursday, 8 May to Sunday 17 May.

Teams are expected to arrive on Thursday, May 8, with the tournament draw and pre-match meeting scheduled for Friday, 9 May.

The tournament will be played in a round-robin format, with all six teams playing five matches each.

Five clubs, Edo Queens, Rivers Angels, Nasarawa Amazons, Bayelsa Queens and Remo Stars Ladies have already booked their ticket to the competition.

The sixth and final slot will be determined after the decisive matchday 14 clash between Robo Queens and Naija Ratels on Wednesday.

Edo Queens won the NWFL title for the first time last season.
