A WOMAN has revealed she was left baffled after realising you can get money off Oh Polly dresses using a lesser-known hack.
Fashion lover Laura shared how she bargained with the site’s AI chat bot to get a better deal on a dress she wanted.

She showed how the process worked in a clip on her @laura.cunningham98 account.
She wrote: “PSA you can bargain with the AI chat bot on Oh Polly to get better deals on their sale.”;
Laura showed how she wanted to buy a burgundy maxi dress with a cowl neckline that showed as £33 down from £65 on the website.
However, she managed to get this down to £29.
Under the sizes available was a button labelled “Get a special price.”;
Laura clicked on this and the AI bot suggested that the price could be dropped to £31.50.
The shopper decided to try her luck and offered £23 instead.
The AI bot initially reduced it further to £30 before finally dropping to £29 as a final offer.
Justifying the price not going any lower, the bot said: “Don’t forget, at Oh Polly we prioritise exceptional fabrics and details, so every piece feels as good as it looks.”;
Laura accepted the £29 saying “deal”;, and was very impressed at the new function.
Many people rushed to the comments on her video, which has racked up 21,000 likes.
One person said: “Oh my god you’re a life saver.”;
Another added: “Omg there’s no way.”;
Even Oh Polly replied to her video, saying: “Glad you're loving our fun new negotiation tool! Did you snap up a good deal?”;

Some queried which items this is available for and Laura stated that she’d seen it on sale items.
Oh Polly is a British fashion brand that was founded in 2015 by Claire Henderson and Mike Branney.
It began as an eBay store selling dresses to fund their charitable endeavours in Cambodia.
