Olayinka returns to training after lengthy injury layoff

Red Star Belgrade striker, Peter Olayinka has returned to training after his lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Olayinka sustained an ACL injury in Red Star Belgrade’s UEFA Champions League clash with Monaco in October 2024.

The Nigeria international shared a photo of himself at the team’s training ground with the caption, “Strong and free.”;

The 29-year-old will hope to return to action before the end of the season.

Olayinka scored two goals and provided two assists in six league appearances before sustaining the injury.

The striker joined Red Star from Czech club, Slavia Prague last summer.
