Olubadan advisory council reinstates suspended Ibadan family head

The Olubadan Advisory Council has reinstated a suspended family head in Ibadan, Chief Sulaiman Olawale Oladoja.

The council noted that Oladoja was reinstated as the Mogaji of Akinsola family Compound, Labiran area, Ibadan.

Oladoja's reinstatement was contained in a statement signed by the clerk to the Olubadan Advisory Council, Mr Kolawole Balogun, made available to DAILY POST through the Chief Press Secretary to the Olubadan, Solomon Ayoade.

The statement said that his reinstatement takes immediate effect.

“After series of appeal the Olubadan of Ibadanland considered your plea and has directed me to inform you that in consideration of your recent letter of appeal and the letter received from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters dated 26th August 2024 with reference number CB.161/1/18/69, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Dr, Owolabi Olakulehin has graciously approved your reinstatement with immediate effect”.
