The cast of tvN’s upcoming drama“Our Unwritten Seoul”;has offered a closer look at the intricate relationships at the heart of the series!
“Our Unwritten Seoul”; is a romantic drama about identical twin sisters Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae (both played by Park Bo Young) who lead completely different lives.After switching identities through a web of lies, they embark on a journey to discover real love and the true meaning of life.
As they live each other’s lives, Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae reconnect with their former classmate Lee Ho Su (GOT7’s Jinyoung) and cross paths with Han Se Jin (Ryu Kyung Soo), a rookie farmer in Duson Village who ends up hiring the sisters.
As the four characters’ lives begin to intertwine, curiosity grows over what kind of destinies and relationships will emerge. To build anticipation, the cast shared key words to describe their characters’ bonds.
Park Bo Young described the relationship between the sisters and Lee Ho Su, their hometown friend reunited in Seoul, using the keywords “friendship, love, and empathy.”; Though they appear calm on the surface, each harbors silent wounds, and through this shared understanding, they come to form a bond rooted in both friendship and love.
Jinyoung chose the word “first”; to sum up their connection, explaining, “It’s a relationship where every moment feels like the first time—awkward and uncertain, yet filled with the thrill of newness,”; raising anticipation for the trio’s emotional arc.
Meanwhile, Han Se Jin, the twin sisters’ mysterious employer, shares moments of sweat and struggle with them in a strawberry field—where the line between camaraderie and budding romance begins to blur. Park Bo Young described their connection as “a dream or a secret angel,”; while Ryu Kyung Soo playfully added “sweet strawberries,”; hinting at the warm, comforting dynamic between them. As secret angels helping one another realize their dreams, their interactions are expected to spark sweet, heartwarming chemistry.
“Our Unwritten Seoul”; will premiere on May 24 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
