He told Radio Times: “I know what's going to happen in those stories and it's about a sort of untold story that happened in the Second World War, which Peakys are going to be involved in.”
The acclaimed writer also admitted that he's very keen to expand the Peaky Blinders universe.
Earlier this year, he hinted to that fans would be able to expect more from the franchise after the movie, Immortal Man, makes its way to Netflix.
Speaking on the show, he revealed: “I'm not allowed to announce it, but I'm just saying that the world of Peaky will continue.”
