Other residents blame the rise in issues on the opening of more takeaways and the popularity of a local sweet centre and restaurant.
Wayne Mnro, 53, who's lived in the area for 28 years, said there are parking issues “every week.”
“It's become really dangerous, people pushing prams can't get past on the pavement and have to go into the road,” he said.
“More shops and takeaways have opened and people come from all over.
“But they just park anywhere, there's no consideration for residents.
“I've even had parked in the driveway before.”

“We know this is a problem across the country, but local authorities can’t do it alone.
“I have written to the government to ask for extra powers so we can clamp down on dangerous parking.
“We need these stronger powers and better national policies to support enforcement and ensure we have safer streets for everyone.”;
