The 35-year-old star, who is married to Charlie Tupper, in October 2022.

Earlier this year, the couple revealed they were expecting again when they hared a sweet video on Instagram.

But over the last couple of days, Nicola has been left worried amid her pregnancy after a hospital dash.

Taking to her Instagram page to share a selfie from her hospital bed, she penned a caption where she opened up about getting admitted for medical attention.

Nicole explained how she had taken a trip to the capital city when she rushed to A&E, with her now vowing to not take anymore travel risks.

“Little did I know our trip to London would be cut short by me getting admitted to hospital,” she said in the caption.

She added: “I haven’t spoken much about my pregnancy on here but it’s been a very different experience to my last.

“I was admitted as there was a concern my plancenta was detaching, and within minutes of being admitted I was told there’s a chance I will be in theatre by the end of the day.

“The fear of not having a home in the UK and my first born being in Spain was something I never want to experience ever again.

“Safe to say I won’t be taking anymore travel risks.”

When Nicola welcomed her daughter Penelope, she opened up about her labour experience.

The Irish beauty previously expressed to her fans that she wanted to try for a natural birth with Penelope, saying: “And then when it came to it and the first stage wasn’t too bad I didn’t want any intervention.

“And then the second stage I couldn’t sit still I just didn’t want anyone to touch me – the last thing I wanted was an epidural.”;

She added: “I’d really recommend it if you’re managing the labour ok but equally take the pain meds if you need them, that’s what they’re there for.

“My labour was from around 11am to 5pm but I think if it had been any longer I probably would have wanted/needed intervention.”
