The names of 23 local government administrators appointed by Rivers State Sole Administrator Ibok-Ete Ibas has emerged.
Ibas appointed the administrators to preside over the affairs of the local governments in the state despite a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt preventing him from making the appointments.
All local government chairmen were suspended for six months after President Bola Tinubu declared a state of emergency in the state.
The president also suspended Governor Sim Fubara over the political crisis in the state.
