BLACKPINK’s Rosé has tied FIFTY FIFTY’s record on Billboard’s Hot 100!
On April 15 local time, Billboard revealed that Rosé and Bruno Mars’ smash hit “”; was now spending its 25th week on the Hot 100 (Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States), where it stayed strong at No. 13.
“APT.”; is now tied with FIFTY FIFTY’s 2023 hit “”; for the longest-charting song by a female K-pop artist in Hot 100 history. Even including male artists, “APT.”; is only the fifth song by a K-pop act to spend 25 weeks on the chart: aside from “Cupid”; and “APT.”;, the only other K-pop songs to reach the milestone are PSY’s “,”; BTS’s “,”; and BTS’s Jimin’s “Who.”;
Rosé’s solo album “”; also extended its record on the Billboard 200 for the longest-charting album by a female K-pop soloist, spending an 18th consecutive week on the chart at No. 98.
Additionally, Rosé extended her record as the female K-pop soloist to spend the most weeks on Billboard’s Artist 100, where she ranked No. 68 in her 26th overall week on the chart.
Meanwhile, “APT.”; held steady at No. 2 on both Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. chart this week, in addition to rising to No. 7 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart (which measures weekly plays on mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States). On the Radio Songs chart (which measures U.S. radio plays across all musical genres, not just Top 40 pop), “APT.”; maintained its position at No. 11.
“APT.”; also held onto its spot at No. 10 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart this weekâmeaning it was once again the 10th best-selling song of the week in the United Statesâin addition to climbing back up to No. 17 on the Streaming Songs chart.
