THIS is the shocking moment a man appears to be stabbed with a pair of scissors in front of horrified shoppers outside Poundland.
The altercation between two men took place at The Priory Shopping Centre in Dartford, Kent, yesterday afternoon.
Cops told Flying Eze a man, aged 24, was arrested and later charged, and the victim suffered injuries to his head and finger.
The footage begins as the attacker lunges with the scissors in his hand and appears to strike the victim, who is wearing a backpack.
He holds his top and seemingly continues to thrust the scissors at the other man as they grapple in the mall's concourse between shops.
The stab victim pushes the armed man back and they continue to square up to each other as they pass a Poundland store and onlookers watch on.
With what appear to wireless headphones in his ears, the bearded attacker rotates his wrist as he moves forward in a fighting stance.
The other man drops his shoulders into a boxing stance and shadow punches forward as he moves backwards.
He then points to something behind the other man, who stops and looks back.
A centre security guard appears and speaks to him and then holds both his arms as he blocks off his route to the other man who slowly follows.
