THIS is the moment that Sixth Sense child star Haley Joel Osment hurls wild insults and accusations as he is arrested.
The actor was and possession of narcotics at a ski resort in California.
And now, body cam footage of the star's arrest and trip to the station has emerged – complete with antisemitic and Nazi slurs.
A cop, grabbing Osment, says: “You're under arrest now for public intox.”
The wobbly actor then drops to his knees – with officers ordering him back to his feet.
Osment continues to cause a scene but protests: “I'm not fighting, I'm not fighting you.”
The cops then find a suspicious package which they say they believe contains cocaine.
Strapping a shabby-looking Osment into the car seat, an officer asks: “Where are you living right now?”
Osment replies: “Why do you ask?”
In a later clip, as an officer drives back to the station, the suspect wails: “I've been kidnapped by a f****ng Nazi.”
Osment claims: “You're torturing me,” as he sits safely in the back of the cop car.
He also threatens that the officer, saying: “You'll wish you treated me nicer,” and “You're gonna regret this.”
The Sixth Sense star was taken into custody by cops in Mammoth Lakes on April 8.
Cops received a call before 2pm of an allegedly intoxicated person at Mammoth Mountain resort, according to New York Post.
One police source revealed to People that the “controlled substance right now is presumed to be cocaine”.
They added: “We sent it for testing. We will have the results soon.”
Despite getting booked, in his mugshot, Osment had a big smile on his face.
He was reportedly released shortly after his arrest.
The decision on whether to prosecute now sits with Mono Country, California DA.
The Blink Twice actor has been “going through it recently” and lost “everything” in the , sources told TMZ.
He has since struggled with his insurance and, after recently finding a “replacement” home, Osment found out his insurer denied his claim, it added.
This isn't the first time Osment has run into trouble with the law.
In 2018, cops were called when the actor had a public verbal fight at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas on Super Bowl Sunday.
And in 2006, at age 18, Osment was charged with misdemeanour drunk driving after he was injured in a car accident.
The actor later pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana.
He was sentenced to three years of probation.

In 2001, at the age of 13, he starred as David in A.I. Artificial Intelligence alongside Jude Law.
