STEPHANIE Davis has shared a health update on her son, after he was rushed to hospital.
The former star, 32, has taken to social media from hospital .



She told fans how he had faced a “scary episode” that left him requiring hospital treatment.
In an update, the actress said: “I cannot believe what an utterly terrifying time it's been.
“Watching him have two lumber punctures awake was just torture along with the over 15 attempts of cannulas he's had.
“The helplessness of his cries and not being able to do anything has been heartbreaking.
“I honestly take my hat off to any parent who has a seriously ill child in hospital for a long time.”
continued by revealing that Samuel is now out of danger and on the mend.
The mum-of-two said: “I'm so grateful Samuel is ok now.
“I on the other hand am filled with extreme anxiety, can't sleep checking his every breath and emotionally exhausted.”
A lumbar puncture is a medical practise whereby a thin needle is inserted into the lower back to collect and test cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)- the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.

Steph's partner revealed that the tot's birth was “traumatic” as he confirmed that he had become a father.
Joe said at the time: “It has been a traumatic experience but you are finally here in our arms.
“I never thought I could possibly love your mummy anymore than I already do but this is just so special and an unconditional love I cannot explain with words.
