Stephen Bear’s former fiancee reveals she’s in labour with first baby as she shares very glam hospital snap

STEPHEN Bear's ex-fiance Jessica Smith has revealed she is in labour ahead of welcoming her first child.

The star looked very glam as she shared a snap from her hospital bed before the arrival of her little one.

Looking like she was ready for a night out, Jessica opted to give birth with a full face of very heavy .

The mum-to-be flashed her full lips as she pouted down the lens of the camera in her final moments without a child.

Jessica revealed in the picture's caption that she opted to go full glam once having her epidural for the birth.
