Nigeria forward, Tolu Arokodare, has expressed his desire to play in the Premier League.

Arokodare has impressed for Belgian Pro League club, KRC Genk, this season.

The Nigeria international has recorded 20 goals and five assists in 36 league appearances for the Smurfs.

The 24-year-old has been linked with a move away from the club, with Newcastle United and Fulham reportedly interested in his services.

Arokodare declared that he is aware of the rumours surrounding his future but remains clear in his ambition to play in the Premier League at some point.

“As far as the rumours in the media are concerned, I just try to stay focused and keep my head cool,”; he told Sports Boom.

“The future is not set yet, but like many other players, I dream of playing in the Premier League one day.”;
