His grief-stricken mum Holly McMurray claimed he was “working too hard”; when disaster struck.

Emergency services rushed to the scene, but despite their desperate efforts, “nothing could be done to save him.”;

Harry, who had a “passion”; for farming and fishing, had his young life tragically cut short in the freak incident, allegedly involving a digger bucket.

Another man was also seriously hurt, suffering a crushed shoulder and severed thumb, and rushed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

The accident has rocked the tight-knit local community, with thousands of pounds already raised in Harry’s memory.

His mum launched an emotional fundraiser to help cover funeral costs, writing: “Harry was an amazing big brother and son and lived his life like a little homing pigeon – if he left home it was either to do what he loved, farming or fishing.

“No parent should have to go through this unimaginable pain or receive this kind of news. I know nothing can help with the pain.

“Harry was the best and will be given the best send-off.”;

West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to an incident at an address off Blackmore Park Road in Malvern, Worcestershire at 8.50am.

“Sadly, despite best efforts, nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.”;

Cops have since seized the digger and are investigating reports that a dump truck may also have been involved.

West Midlands Police said: “Police are currently at the scene of a site near Blackmore Park Road in Malvern after a teenage boy died in an incident involving farm machinery.

“The Health and Safety Executive has been informed. We ask that the family’s privacy is respected.”;

A spokesperson for the HSE added: “We have visited the site and are working with West Mercia Police with their investigation.”
