A TV actress is suing a gym chain for up to £100,000 in damages after her mum overheated in a sauna and died.
Milanka Brooks, 41, who appeared in as well as , is seeking damages under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.
Her mum Mileva, 75, died three days after collapsing at the Everlast Gym in Cheltenham, Gloucs, in August 2022.
, her inquest was told.
Mileva, from Cheltenham, had joined the gym six months earlier.
