U-20 AFCON: Flying Eagles to face Egypt in friendly Tuesday

Nigeria will take on hosts Egypt in a friendly on Tuesday as part of their preparations for the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

The encounter is slated for the Cairo International Stadium. It will kick-off 5pm local time (4pm Nigeria time).

Aliyu Zubairu's side arrived Cairo for the competition on Sunday.

The Flying Eagles are expected to play one more friendly before the start of the tournament.

Nigeria will face Tunisia, Kenya and Morocco in Group B at the U-20 AFCON.

The seven-time champions will get their campaign underway against Tunisia in Cairo on Thursday 1 May.

Egypt will host the competition from 27 April to 18 May , 2025.
