Controversial British broadcaster, Piers Morgan has reacted to Arsenal's UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg 3-0 win against Real Madrid.

Arsenal thrashed Real Madrid at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.

A brace from Declan Rice and a goal from Mikel Merino gave the Gunners the victory over the Los Blancos.

Reacting, Morgan, a die-hard Arsenal supporter, described the win as one of the club's greatest wins in history.

He also labelled the goals scored by Rice as the greatest goals in Arsenal's history.

Morgan wrote: “FT: 3-0. One of the greatest wins in Arsenal history, with two of the greatest goals in Arsenal history from ⁦@_DeclanRice.. what a night!

“Congrats to ⁦@m8arteta and all the team, this will be the stuff of Arsenal legend. Brilliant!!”

Arsenal will now face Real Madrid in the return leg next week Wednesday at the Santiago Bernabeu.
