IF you're looking for a way to entertain your little ones this Easter break, this garden centre has it all.

Half-way between and , it makes the perfect day trip for the family.

If you're a stressed out parent already looking for ways to fill the long break, why not take a trip to this scenic centre.

And don't worry about your bank account, general admission is free for the whole family.

Bridgemere Garden Centre, which was named the UK's largest by the Guinness Book of Records, is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

With a tearoom and restaurant right on site, you can stay here all day long.

The coffee shop also offers free baby food to parents.

As well as strolling the idyllic , you can enjoy a wide variety of shops.

You can browse for gifts, books, food, clothing, furniture, stoneware and gardening goods.

There is also a children's soft play area to keep your little ones entertained.

And there's always a reason to come back, with changing exhibits on display.

These range from gardening workshops to car and motorbike shows throughout the year.

The garden centre has received an average ranking of 4.3 stars out of five on Tripadvisor.

Visitors said they spent around two to three hours enjoying the free amenities.

Set across six acres, the centre is home to 13 stunning individual gardens, seven of which are Gold and Silver Medal award-winning gardens.

They have appeared in the RHS Chelsea, Hampton Court, and Tatton Flower Shows.

Bridgemere Show Gardens include a Cottage Garden, a Victorian Topiary Garden, a Woodland Walk, a Pond and Waterfall Garden, a Fryers Rose Garden, and many more.

“A fabulous garden, well worth a visit. It is probably the best I have visited,” said one impressed visitor.

“It is a massive site, and may need two visits. I shall be going back each season.”
