THE PREMIER LEAGUE has announced that a major change to VAR will be introduced for the last seven games of the season.

The controversial video assistant referee continues to be a hit-and-miss subject with fans and clubs alike.

But a fresh new change is coming to England's top flight.

And it will be introduced sooner rather than later.

Chiefs have today confirmed that semi-automated offside technology is heading to the Premier League.
