A WOMAN has been labelled a “genius” after sharing a clever hack to avoid bending over when hanging out the washing.
Charly took to her TikTok page to post a video explaining the she swears by so that she doesn't have to aggravate her already painful back.

In the clip, she was seen using a giant bag for life, putting one of the handles around her neck.
She then put the inside the bag, before taking out one at a time and hanging on the line.
“Using a massive shopping bag like this so you don't have to constantly bend down,” Charly wrote over the top of the video.
“Does anyone else ! Anything to save my rubbish back!” she added in the caption.
Charly shared alongside hashtags including #ihatelaundry and #lifehack.
