The former Love Island star successfully overturned the sentence

Jack was freed on bail two hours later to appeal the sentence and was later pictured smiling with on-off girlfriendChloeBrockett.

He returned to court today to learn his fate and faced being jailed today if the appeal bid failed.

But Jack successfully overturned the sentence and will no longer have to serve time in prison.

The former Love Island star took to his Instagram following the outcome and shared a photo with his dog Elvis.

He captioned it: “See you soon big guy, can't wait to have you home,” with a red love heart emoji.

Elvis first attacked runner Robert in Swanley, Kent, in September 2022.

He then mauled an unnamed woman in Grays, Essex, in June 2024 but no harm was done.

Presiding magistrate Anne Wade, said that Fincham was subject to a suspended sentence order at the time.

This was after Jack was caughtspeeding down the hard shoulder in aBMWwhile on cocaine.

Ms Wade said this order would be activated in part, adding that “we find no reason not to do so” as she jailed the star.

Jack was also ordered to pay £3,680 – including £200 compensation fee to Robert and a £50 compensation fee to the other victim.

A payment plan of £400-a-month will be set up upon his release from prison, Southend Magistrates' Court heard.

It comes after Flying Eze revealed Jack's court hearing was taking its toll on his relationship with Essex star Chloe.

The reality TV couple clashedthis week and wiped each other off social media – sparking rumours of a split.

Chloe assured fans “I am very much still in a relationship”, but insiders say the relationship has been strained in recent weeks.

A source told Flying Eze: “Chloe and Jack have been under an enormous amount of pressure this past year – especially the last couple of months.

“They love each other very much and want to make it work, but have been rowing as tension builds over Jack's return tocourton Friday.

“Chloe was in a real state when he was handed a custodial sentence and will soon find out whether the judge will insist he serves it following the appeal.

“She's been incredibly supportive throughout everything, while also going through a very stressful situation with their rented property.
“They're hopeful they're due some good luck soon.”
