JACKIEY Budden made a chilling threat to Jeff Brazier two years before taking legal action to ban her from seeing his son Freddy.

Flying Eze revealed yesterday that This Morning star launched a legal bid to stop the model, 20, from seeing his own gran, 68.

Jeff, who shares Freddy and Bobby, 21, with late Big Brother star Jade Goody, has previously opened up about not seeing his youngest a lot – saying he often “storms out of the house” after huge rows and goes to stay with his nan in southeast London.

It looks like Jackiey and Jeff's feud has been a ongoing for years.

Back in 2023, Flying Eze revealed the moment Jackiey branded Jeff a “c**k”; after she sneaked in to watch grandson Bobby win his first National Television Award for EastEnders.

At the time she told fans outside the event how she had got audience tickets to watch his winning moment.

She is claimed to have alluded to a row with Jeff, who had the boys with Jade during their two-year-relationship.

Speaking to fans, Jackiey was heard saying: “I’m so proud of him [Bobby].

“He’s incredible. They didn’t know I was there. I didn’t allow them to know I was there.

“I didn’t want to see their dad. He’s a c**k.

“But I’m going to wait until they’re older before I let rip.”;

Bobby triumphed on the evening and won the Rising Star award for his role as Freddie Slater in EastEnders.

He paid tribute to Jeff on stage and said: “This actually has very, very, very little to do with me and everything to do with my Dad.

“Over the course of the last 20 years, I’ve consistently heard him say ‘because I can’.

“It was a mantra, or a motto of his. And him just saying that – because I can! Why not?”;

Big Brother star Jade died aged 27 in March 2009 after getting diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Jeff previously hit out at Jackiey and claimed she “overstated”; how much time she spent with his sons.

In 2021 Bobby revealed he was back in touch with Jackiey after they lost contact.

Speaking to his fans on Instagram, Bobby said: “I didn’t see her for ages – for way too long – but I went to see her twice recently.

“And honestly if there’s one woman you shouldn’t underestimate it’s my nan.

“Honestly, she’s like a wizard! It’s nuts.”;

But Jeff has now hired a leading barrister for the upcoming hearing.

A source close to the Brazier family has said of Jeff's action: “This is something Jeff and anyone who cares about Freddy hopes will help keep Freddy safe from a relationship that has been incredibly detrimental to his well being for a long time now.

“The fact that he is going down this route shows how concerned we all our and how our efforts to keep Fred safe are being grossly undermined by other people.’’

During last year’s BBC show Celebrity Race Across The World Freddy spoke openly about his challenges with mental health and his relationship with his father who brought him up since losing Mum in 2009.

He said of his relationship with his Dad on the programme: “At times where I’ve pushed him away he has pulled even harder to pull me back in.

“I don’t think I praise my dad enough for everything he has done for me but he knows the love.”;

Freddy regularly stays with gran Jackiey in South East London and has posted a video on TikTok of himself openly taking drugs at her flat in Bermondsey.
