TELLY’S Jeremy Clarkson faces a fresh showdown with council planners over his pub car park.
He wants to improve the facilities at to cope with a huge influx of visitors since he took over.

star Jezza, 65 today, has applied to district council to retain hard surfacing to the staff car park and create extra customer parking at the popular boozer near Burford.
The county council has raised no objections but warned that if the local authority deems the car parks “not to be an established lawful use”; then a separate application would need to be submitted, along with a traffic management study and flood risk survey.
’s agent says there is already permission for 170 and the application simply seeks “the retention of the areas of hard-surfacing that have been provided”;.
The agent urged planners to approve the application “without delay”;.
A decision will be made at a later date.
