Lingard recently headed to Gwangjang Market with pals to try Korean street food, sharing the results on his YouTube channel.

During the tasting, the midfielder gasped as he saw that the octopus on his plate was still moving.

The ex-England ace visibly squirmed as he contemplated eating the meal.

Lingard said: “Why are you moving? I can't eat because I'm scared.”

The Mancunian kept repeating that he was “scared”, before adding: “I can't do it.”

After eventually eating the octopus, Lingard began to calm down.

He then grinned as he said: “It's easy. I was just playing around.”

Lingard even claimed that the food was “not bad”.
