Jodie Marsh left bloodied and bruised as she shows off face wrapped in bandages after undergoing surgery

JODIE Marsh has shown off her bloodied and bruised face after undergoing a new cosmetic surgery procedure.

The star admitted she “couldn't see” in one video clip shared after the surgery as her face and eyes were wrapped up in bandages.

Jodie, 46, first told her fans on Instagram this morning that she was preparing to have a cosmetic procedure to remove ‘excess skin' from her eyelids.

The former glamour model was all smiles as she spoke to her followers before the operation from her hospital bed.

Just hours later, she could be seen sporting a very swollen face after the procedure to remove the skin from above her eyes.

She could be seen with plasters taped to her eyes and eyelids in one clip.

Speaking after the operation, Jodie said: “I'm awake – I was fully knocked out but I'm not really in any pain.

“The worst bit was having the needle out of my arm.”

Looking at herself in the camera, she added: “Oof, I look rough!

“I'm well excited though! I'm just waiting for Dr. Ahmed to come around and see me and then I can get changed and then I'm going to go home.”

Jodie could then be seen in her car where she was sporting more bandages from before which were taped across her entire forehead.

She was also forced to add a pair of sunglasses to her face but the bandages could still be seen underneath.

Jodie said: “Yeah, I feel proper gangster.

“I can't see anything and I'm being driven home. I can't see anything and I can't feel anything.

“But I feel gangster – this is mad.”

Josie recently admitted she was feeling “fat but happier than ever” after turning her back on glamour modelling.

The exPage 3girl, who recently traded herhard partying socialitereputation for a newlife running an animal sanctuary,has opened up on her wellbeing after upping sticks to ruralEssex.

The model-turned-bodybuilder- who put herhuge country pile on the marketlast year – spoke of her more casual look and said: “You might recognise me as someone that used to be glamorous, sexy, a bodybuilder and everything else, but now I'm just a farm girl and I look a mess.”

Jodie, who built up her sanctuary Fripps Farm with ponies, swans and a parrot, added: “The reason I'm now fat and haven't got a six pack is because I don't have time to eat properly or even do the food shopping. Not ever.

“I used to cook healthy meals and don't have time for that anymore.

“I don't gym at the moment either. I don't have time. It's manic.”

Yet the star, who did doll up for NYE in a striking cut-out gown, has gushed she is “happier than ever” with her life choices.

She recently joked with her Instagram fans how she is “either a sex bomb or a hobo. There’s no in between!”

Her sanctuary Fripps recently became a CIC (Community Interest Company), which is similar to having charity status, and means it is officially recognised as being a “service to the community,”; and can receive donations and help with funding.

It now has more than 600 animals, including “loads and loads of ducks,”; more than 20 equines, meerkats, skunks and a lot more exotic animals.
