Juventus ‘line up Antonio Conte summer return’ with Italian ‘stalling on new Spurs deal as he waits to hear’ from Turin

JUVENTUS are reportedly lining up a summer return for Antonio Conte, who is “stalling”; on a new Tottenham deal.

Max Allegri is running out of time to save his job.

Juventus are lining up a return for Spurs boss Antonio Conte next summer

The Italians are already out of the Champions League.

They have also won just five of their 11 matches so far in Serie A.

And it̢۪s now reckoned Juventus could turn to another former manager for inspiration.

Conte won three consecutive titles with the Turin giants in the last decade, ending an era of Inter and Milan domination.

His deal with Tottenham expires at the end of the season.

And Juventus are apparently keen on a reunion in 2023, with Conte “stalling”; on an extension.

But Spurs have an option to extend Conte̢۪s contract for a further year.

They are even hopeful the ex-Chelsea gaffer pens a brand new deal after some impressive results.

That’s after Conte branded links to Juventus “disrespectful” last month.

He said: “It is incredible in this period. I think this is disrespectful for the coach that works in Juventus and it was disrespectful for me working for Tottenham.

“We have just started the season. Many times I spoke about this topic and I always said I’m happy and enjoying my time with Tottenham.

“Then, we have the whole season to find the best solution for the club, for me.

“For sure, I am enjoying the time to work in Tottenham. I have a great relationship with the owner, with [football managing director Fabio] Paratici. I don’t see problems for the future.

“Now it is important to be focused. We signed the contract because both parts agreed to sign the contract and for this reason I don’t see a problem in this moment.

“I don’t want in the future to listen to someone speaking about this because I repeat: this is disrespectful for another coach and also for me.”;
