LIDL is selling a handy garden gadget, for £145 cheaper than the Bosch version of the tool.

Now that spring has sprung and the weather is getting warmer, you may find yourself heading out into the garden more, to enjoy the sun.

However, after a winter of neglect, you may find that the garden is in need of a bit of TLC before you host any BBQs or garden parties.

The Parkside 20V Cordless Pruning Saw is perfect for giving your garden a spruce up, and is priced at only £29.99.

The nifty gadget can be used for pruning trees and bushes. as well as cutting up green waste.

And that's not all, as the versatile tool is also ideal for cutting boards, square and round timber or for handicrafts.

The product, which features anti-slip grip and a safety switch comes with a practical storage case, a blade cover and 50ml chain oil.

In comparison, Bosch's EasyChain 13cm Cordless Pruner Saw is priced at £175.00, making the Lidl version a whopping £145 cheaper.

Gardening fans will be happy to know that the pruner isn't the only Lidl bargain that can spruce up their gardens, as a huge range of garden furniture will be arriving on shelves on April 3.

To protect yourself and your family from the heat, you can also purchase a selection of parasols for £14.99, as well as a variety of Sun Shade Sails, also priced at £14.99.

And homeowners can brighten up their gardens with a stunning selection of wind spinners and solar lights, with prices starting at just £2.49.
