LOVE Island star Gabby Allen showed off the incredible results of her second boob job at a London party in a VERY sexy plunging mini dress.
Last month, the All Stars winner, 33, revealed how after facing complications linked to her lifelong battle with scoliosis.
first had breast surgery in 2017 but admitted she “ruined” the results by returning to exercise too soon, which caused her implants to shift.
She then revealed in March, how she'd actually had them re-done in December 2023.
Last night, Gabby showed off the results of her boob job as she put on an eye-popping display.
The reality star was seen mingling with other stars like at the NYX Professional Makeup event in the capital.
Gabby looked incredible in her skintight little black dress that plunged at the front, almost to her tiny waist.
The star wore her trademark blonde hair in curls and had her contoured to perfection.
SECOND BOOB JOB
Telling fans about her breast implants, the fitness fanatic said: “My boobs had bottomed out which means they had come out of the pocket that had been made for them to sit in.
“In 2023, I had my breasts done again.”
Gabby decided to have a second procedure after undergoing another major operation to remove ribs affected by her spinal condition.
The reality star was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 11 after her mum noticed her back was uneven during a family holiday.
Within months, her spine had curved dangerously to 95 degrees, leaving her at risk of permanent .
She was rushed into a gruelling surgery where metal rods, nuts, and bolts were inserted into her spine, and six ribs were removed.
Despite the surgery being a success, her ribs eventually grew back, but inwards, affecting her chest shape and knocking her confidence further.
Gabby explained that her mother believes her spinal condition also stunted her growth by several inches, impacting her overall torso development.
She explained to OK!: “It was because of my scoliosis. My ribs on the back left side are wonky.
“They took them out and the ribs grew back – but inwards.
“I was unhappy with my breasts anyway, as I didn’t develop like someone usually would have.
“Mum’s always thought that it’s something to do with the fact I had stunted growth from the spinal operation – and that I should have been around four or five inches taller.
“She believes this had a detrimental effect on everything in my torso.
“The left side of my chest wall was pushed forward, making my breasts look even more uneven and knocking my confidence further.”;

Meanwhile, Gabby's outing in comes just days after her Love Island man after two months of dating.
