Luxury Rolls-Royce with incredible royal link hits auction – boasting cream leather heated seats & roaring V8 engine

A LUXURY classic car that was previously owned by Princess Diana's step mum has been listed for auction.

Boasting a V8 engine, traction control and a cream leather interior, the Silver Dawn marked the end of an era for craftsmanship.

Steeped in British heritage, the blue Silver Dawn was produced as a special edition of the Silver Spur III.

The interior offers a walnut and cream leather cabin with chrome details on the dashboard.

With the Rolls-Royce signature four-door monocoque bodyshell, one lucky bidder could be driving off in style.

The powerful 6750cc V8 engine has been paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and independent suspension.

It also offers adaptive ride control, power steering, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and white wall tyres.

With a remarkably low mileage of just 30,000, the Rolls-Royce has been finished in one of the most desirable colour combinations.

Before the introduction of the Silver Seraph, which components, the Silver Dawn was up for grabs.

The Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit was the first model in the company's SZ series, produced at the factory from 1980 to 1997.

A longer-wheelbase version, The Silver Spur, remained in production from 1980 until 2000.

Originally released to US customers a year before the rest of the world, only 237 Silver Dawns were produced, with just 150 made in left-hand drive.

This is being auctioned off with Bonhams and the bidding is currently at £15,362.
