Man Utd ‘tracking 18-year-old Russian history-maker Sergey Pinyaev’ as they plan transfer swoop

MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly tracking KS Samara starlet Sergey Pinyaev.

The 18-year-old became the youngest player for the Russian national team when he made his debut in November.

Man United are reportedly looking at Russian wonderkid Sergey Pinyaev

The left-winger is considered to be one of the most exciting prospects to come out of the country.

Pinyaev has already become an important member of the KS Samara side, having scored four goals and assisted four more this campaign.

His club manager Igor Osinkin has already suggested that the Red Devils are scouting the youngster.

He told sports.ru: “The fact that Manchester is watching him is controlled by his progress — which is good.

“These are additional incentives for him.

“But we must honestly admit that much more work needs to be done to reach the level of such a club.”;

Pinyaev had a trail with the Red Devils before the Covid-19 pandemic, and he stayed in Manchester as well as having meetings with the club’s staff, according to MEN.

The winger’s contract at his club expires in 2025, although his manager does think that he needs more work before reaching the level of Man United.

The Russian star is able to play on both wings as he has been deployed on the right as well this season.
