Rashford sent a cheeky message to brothers Dane Rashford and Dwayne Maynard on United a 1-0 win.
He wrote: “When your brothers challenge you to get 100 goals before 25ð.”
Rashford is beginning to rediscover his best form after netting in consecutive games for the first time since January.
Speaking after the match Rashford revealed the 100-goal milestone had been playing on his mind, though insisted he is in a much better mental space than he was last season.
He told Sky Sports: “It’s been on my mind the last couple of games.
“I’ve been waiting for it to come and thankfully it did.
“It’s a completely different energy around the club and the training ground. That puts me in a better headspace and I just feel really motivated now.
“I was struggling at times with more mental things. It wasn’t really my own performance but other things off the pitch. That’s the biggest difference from last season.”
Rashford scored just four Premier League goals last season but has already matched that tally in 12 games this term, and appears to be Erik ten Hag’s preferred striker.
The Red Devils star will also hope he is making a similar impression on England manager Gareth Southgate.
Rashford has missed the last few Three Lions squads with his last cap coming against Italy in the Euro 2020 final, but with seven goals in all competitions this season he could be included in the World Cup squad.
