MAURA Higgins and Danny Jones could be set to face an awkward reunion as the I'm A Celebrity 2024 cast plan a lavish holiday.
Radio icon , who appeared in last year's series of has spoken exclusively to about the pending reunion between his cast mates.
The 32-year-old star lifted the lid about the iconic IAC WhatsApp group, who's still in it, if anyone has left, and whether or not the cast will be meeting up for a reunion.
Flying Eze can exclusively reveal that nobody has left the group, and a reunion is definitely in the works.
This comes despite cast mates Danny Jones and Maura Higgins' drunken kiss at the last month.
We asked Dean if everyone is still in the WhatsApp group chat following starring on the hit ITV reality show set in the Australian jungle, and it's safe to say he gave a defiant answer.
Dean told us in our exclusive chat: “No, no one's left. Everyone's in it. Everyone's chatting away.”
He went on: “I just love it because you'll just wake up one morning, and they'll just be a picture of [Rooney] on the school run with the kids, or [Coles] the other day sent us a picture of him at 10 o'clock in the morning in full fancy dress.
“He was dressed as a nun.”
He added: “Everyone's in it, of course, and excited to meet up again.”
We then asked him if they had yet had any big meetups with all of the 2024 celebrities from the series.
Revealing some very exciting news, Dean shared how they hadn't all reunited just yet, but will be very soon.
“Not with all of us just yet,” he said, but added: “We are.
“We have a poll running in the group chat about a reunion date.”
Spilling more details, he said “A few of us are working together soon, which is very, very exciting.”
Dean explained how he is “really, really excited” about it, adding, “and we are, let's just say having a reunion, and we're going to be having a bit more of a luxurious holiday this time”.
We asked him if he thinks everyone will be going to the luxurious holiday meetup, to which he made a telling revelation.
“No, there's just a few of us that have been asked to do it,” he teased.
“Yeah, it’s a work thing,” he added.
This means that Danny and Maura could face off in the coming weeks and months should this top secret project include both of them.
