MAYA Jama has set up her own media firm in the surest sign yet she’ll be leaving Love Island when her contract lapses after this summer’s series.
The ITV host, who also presents , has lodged paperwork for a new company called MIJ Productions – just weeks before she fronts the next run of the dating show.


Maya signs up to host on a rolling annual basis so will be in the next few months.
But all signs suggest she’s considering a life after Love Island.
The new filings with Companies House place MIJ Productions within the media and advertising agencies category and names Maya’s close friend Issy Lloyd as her business partner on the new venture.
It comes after she launched a new plant milk, Sproud, and worked as a producer on a West End play called Shifters.
She told Flying Eze last summer that she on Love Island one day.
said: “I am a fan of the show and have grown up on reality TV so maybe one day, never say never.
“In my mind I am like what do you next after TV. I’ll work it out.
“I feel like I need to set new goals because I have been so fortunate that all my childhood goals have been achieved now before I am 30.
“Do I have an input [now]? No, because if I did I would get producer credits.
“If I could I would but that’s not my job title... yet.
“I am a fan of the show and have grown up on reality TV so maybe one day, never say never.”
Love Island hopefuls could take a leaf out of her book when it comes to finding Mr Right.

She recently told us of their romance: “I’m such a lover but I am a big leaver as well.
“I know what makes me happy and I know what I like â and this is no disrespect to anyone I’ve been in a relationship with, but if it’s not that then I will leave it.
“My point I always try to make is that I am really, really happy and I have curated this lovely little life for myself and my friends.
“I only want you if you are going to add to that or make it better, otherwise I am not really on it.”;
