Michelle Keegan shares snaps of cosy date night at home with hubby Mark Wright weeks after welcoming daughter Palma

ACTRESS Michelle Keegan has shared snaps of a cosy at-home date night with husband Mark Wright.

The Ten Pound Poms star, 37, has been lying low in recent weeks following the birth of the couple's first child, daughter Palma.

Taking to Instagram this evening, the new mum revealed she and Mark were enjoying a cosy evening with one another with her Heart FM star husband having cooked a meal for them both.

Michelle shared a snap of Mark's lasagne and homemade garlic bread that they would be tucking into that evening.

She captioned the snap of the mouth-watering meal: “Homemade Lasagne & garlic bread [courtesy] of @wrighty_.”

Michelle then insisted the meal was a “10/10” as she shared another short video clip of her dishing up the scrumptious meal.

The melted cheese oozed as she plated up a generous portion of the pasta dish onto a plate.

Michelle and Mark confirmed the safe arrival of their baby girl earlier this month.

They announcedPalma ElizabethWright's birth in a combined post on Instagram.

Michelle and Mark posted: “Together we have a new love to share – our little girl.”;

The couple named their daughter Palma after recently spending lots of time loved-up at their property in the Majorca capital, which also played host to their pregnancy photo shoot.

A pal told Flying Eze: “Palma holds a special place in Michelle and Mark’s hearts. They spent time there when no one knew she was expecting.

“The picture they took of them confirming thepregnancywas taken in Majorca too.”

Meanwhile, Mark recently opened up on the couple's decision to wait a few years into their marriage before having kids.

“It's a very special feeling. I can't really put it into words.

“We've waited a little bit of time, we've chased our dreams and our careers and now we're here. We've got a baby,” he told co-host Olly Murs on the March 15 episode of their Heart FM radio show.

Mark fought back tears as he opened up on becoming a dad and the amazing efforts of Michelle during childbirth.
