Millie returned to social media with photos of her nose in a cast.

In one picture, she is seen smiling for a selfie from her hospital bed.

Another snap shows her appearing to be in agony while holding a bag of frozen peas against her nose shortly after the accident.

After the surgery, Millie returned home with her nose bandaged up.

She posted a picture of her sweet daughter curled up next to her as she recovered from the operation.

Millie shared her ordeal, writing: “If I’ve been quiet on here recently, there’s a reason why...

“Three weeks ago, Aurelia accidentally fractured my nose!

“She threw her head back while I was holding her and the back of her skull hit me right in the middle of my nose.

“I heard a crack, went to get it checked, and ended up needing surgery at the end of last week to correct the fracture.

“Has this ever happened to other parents? Seriously a parenting low — but also, you kind of have to laugh.”

Millie explained that the incident happened when the youngster was having a tantrum.

“Sienna is nearly five and has been having huge meltdowns and violent tantrums,” she shared.

“We’ve been setting new boundaries at home and supporting her through the adjustment, and it does seem to be helping.

“I realised I wasn’t being firm enough — she thought she had all the power, and it just wasn’t a healthy dynamic.”

The reality star explained that she'd been experiencing some challenges in her personal life lately which has taken its toll on her.

“I hadn’t had one in months, but this week I had a panic attack,” Millie said.

“I felt like I was going to pass out, and for about three hours it kept coming in waves.

“The difference is, I knew what it was.

“I talked to myself kindly, breathed through the discomfort, and put ice on the back of my neck — which really helped.

“A year ago, this would have ruined my whole day, maybe even my week. I can see how far I’ve come.

“Lately I’ve been worrying about my social media — is anyone seeing this? Is it good enough? Lots of comparison and self-doubt creeping in. I’d love your feedback — what do you want to see more of on my page?

“And Aurelia is in a real tricky phase. Everything’s wrong — clothes are too itchy, the bath is too bubbly, pasta is too wobbly, her smoothie isn’t pink enough... You get the picture.

“Most nights I end up in her bed to get her back to sleep and fall asleep there too. I love the cuddles, but I miss sleeping through the night!”
