Her and Jake Ankers became a family of four, with the couple already parents to daughter Alba.

But this week, Charlotte struggled to fight back her tears as she shared an emotional update with her 8.7million Instagram followers.

The Geordie Shore star was in tears as she said: “I’m just having a little cry and I thought I’d come on to show you that not everything is always perfect.

“I’ve got an appointment for my back that I’m still going to try and make because my back is just killing.

“And I’ve got loads of appointments to go to this morning, for my back and then for my ear because I feel like I can’t hear properly.”;

Charlotte could be seen packing a bag while she spoke, in a white crop top with her hair down.

The tearful star continued: “After that I have to go to work all day and honestly, I just was bossing it and we were about to all leave, and I was about to be on time for once.

“But I looked into the car seat as I was about to put Pixi in the car and she’d thrown up all over herself.”;

Charlotte picked her daughter Pixi up as she continued to give fans an insight into their morning.

She added: “It’s all in her hair still and so I’ve had to run back in quickly and do a change and poor Alba is still sat in the car waiting for us.

“And yeah, it’s meant to be Alba’s day off today and I’m just dragging her around everywhere and I just broke into tears.”;

Charlotte said she thinks it’s the “stress”; that has made her emotional, before she continued to say: “Anyway I’ve got this big photoshoot tomorrow which I’m so excited for.

“I want it to go so well but I’m also just trying to do the best with Alba and Pixi as well.”;

Charlotte broke down in tears as she carried on.

“It’d hard to do everything and I’m by myself a lot, and the majority of the week I’m doing everything on my own because Jake is away working all the time,”; she said.

Adding: “And now I’ve thrown all the sick clothes on the floor and I feel bad about leaving the house because there’s piles of mess everywhere.”;

Charlotte and Jake were recently spotted out with their brood.

After Charlotte confirmed she had welcomed her daughter into the world, she also shared the sweet moniker they’d chosen, revealing that the tot's name is Pixi Cecilia.

But just days after welcoming the newborn, the reality star provided a worrying update, telling her fans that Pixi was rushed to the hospital after a worrying discovery.

“Our Pixi girl has had a hell of a morning bless her soul,” Charlotte revealed on her Instagram stories on February 7.

“I noticed a little lump on Pixi's chin a couple of days ago! And wanted to flag it with our doctors before we left,” she added.

She then revealed: “After some bloods and an ultrasound and a lot of tears watching my brave little girl having to go through all of this at only 7 days old, we've got some good news that it's hopefully nothing to worry about and we just need to keep an eye on it.”
