Nova Scotia reports 6 new COVID-19 cases ahead of update, active total climbing

Nova Scotia reported six new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.

There are 36 active cases in the province, up from 32 on Monday.

Nova Scotia health officials are set to provide a provincial update on COVID-19 on Tuesday.

Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang will be joined for the update scheduled for 11:45 a.m.

The briefing will be livestreamed on the Global News Halifax website.
