Published on April 27, 2025 at 09:59 AM

Abia Warriors will be without the duo of defender Augustine Njoku and Prince Okorie in their Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL Matchday 35 encounter against Shooting Stars.

Njoku and Okorie will miss the game due to injury.

The Umuahia-based club's technical adviser, Imama Amapakabo, is expected to look inward for adequate replacements for the game.

Abia Warriors were humiliated 5-0 by Katsina United in their last league outing.

They will square up against Shooting Stars at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday.

Anthony Okachi and Joshua Akpan’s goals gave Shooting Stars a 2-0 win over Abia Warriors in the reverse fixture.
