NPFL: Bayelsa United making up for poor start to season — Bosso

Published on April 13, 2025 at 04:35 PM

Ladan Bosso claimed Bayelsa United are now making up for their slow start to the season.

The Prosperity Boys are unbeaten in their last seven league matches.

Bayelsa United occupy ninth position on the league table with 45 points.

Bosso stated that his team will fight hard to maintain their unbeaten run.

“The last three matches in the league is just a message to our opponents that Bayelsa United is not the same team that they played at the start of the season,” Bosso told Bayelsa United's media.

“If you look at the points that were lost at the start of the season and compare to what we are picking up now, if we had maintained or able to keep our points we could have been fighting for the league title now.”
