Heartland forward Chukwuma Agor believes that his team can secure victory in their matchday 30 fixture against Abia Warriors.

Agor stated that the players are in a confident mood ahead of the Oriental derby.

“Absolutely! That’s the goal,”; he told BSN Sports.

“I’m here to contribute, and everyone is determined to finish strong.

“Heartland usually perform well in derbies, and I’ve played in a few myself. We’re heading into this weekend’s match with a lot of confidence, and I believe we can replicate our success from Umuahia.

“The derby is significant for the fans, and I feel that passion too, so we’re really motivated. Every player is giving their all, and the staff are fully committed to ensuring we finish as high as possible.”;

DAILY POST recalls that Heartland defeated Abia Warriors in the first stanza of the season.

Heartland will face Abia Warriors at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri on Sunday.
